Michael Stoddard
Michael’s technology acumen and experience, as well as his leadership skills, allow him to drive technology innovation at HBCS. With a focus on HBCS clients, Michael ensures that all technology platforms are engineered to securely and efficiently deliver the best client outcomes, with the ability to scale operations for future growth and success. Michael has a history of guiding diverse technical teams through periods of growth while adapting to changing business conditions, with an extensive focus on the alignment of business and IT objectives.
Prior to joining HBCS, Michael served as Chief Technology Officer at Intech Investment Management LLC. In addition to being responsible for corporate technology, he was also responsible for information/cyber security, business continuity and all areas of corporate technology development and management. Prior to joining Intech, he was with UBS Investment Bank for 13 years where he held a variety of global and regional roles in the greater New York City area, London, UK and Zurich, Switzerland as Director of Information Technology.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Yale University. He is committed to developing the next generation of technology leaders by volunteering time with various organizations that focus on sharing learning experiences and creating opportunities for young people who are interested in technology. In his spare time, he also enjoys outdoor activities, and is often the purveyor of great smoked BBQ (and other homemade dishes) for friends and family.
Stephen Wing
Vice President, Operations
Joined HBCS in 2014.
Steve plays a pivotal role in developing tech-enabled solutions to drive the highest return on investment for HBCS’ clients. Since rejoining HBCS in 2014, Steve has been responsible for leading the development of solutions that deliver an exceptional patient experience, optimize collections, and enhance accounts receivable management.
Steve’s background includes client implementations, contact center/workforce management, project management, and integration of online solutions. Prior to rejoining HBCS, Steve served as Vice President of Early Out for Convergent Resources Healthcare division. He was previously with HBCS for 17 years in various client management and operational roles.
Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, DE. He is an active member in HFMA, AAHAM and other professional trade organizations.
Joseph M. Dudek
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Joined HBCS in 2013.
Since joining the HBCS team in 2013, Joe has been the driving force behind the company’s business development initiatives and marketing strategies, emphasizing how HBCS is a business partner and trusted advisor to clients. Joe is both strategic and innovative, and he has successfully reengineered and realigned the HBCS Sales Division to drive significant new business growth and enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Joe has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare receivables and revenue cycle management, customer care, and business office outsourcing. Joe’s career success has been attributed to his team leadership skills and his proficiency in cultivating, growing, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Prior to joining HBCS, Joe served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Convergent Inc., and prior to that, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for GC Services, and Vice President of Sales for Risk Management Associates/ABI (now NCO).
Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Clarion University of Pennsylvania and is an active member of HFMA and AAHAM.
In his spare time, you’ll be sure to find Joe in or around a baseball diamond, as a fan, mentor, teacher, and coach.
Maureen E. DiEleuterio
Vice President, Human Resources, Talent Management & Development
Joined HBCS in 2000.
Maureen works to ensure that the Human Resources and Talent Management function is a valuable resource and a trusted partner for HBCS staff, leadership, and clients. Maureen directed the design and implementation of key improvements in HBCS’ talent acquisition and development, talent management, total rewards, quality assessment, and compliance initiatives.
Before joining HBCS in 2000, Maureen managed various domestic and international HR functions for 14 years with the Campbell Soup Company, and also provided HR consulting services to the Delaware Valley healthcare and manufacturing industries.
Maureen holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language from Rutgers University and completed graduate studies in Education at Wilmington University. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, the American Institute of Healthcare Compliance, and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
Maureen is a member of Joining Forces, and a Board member of Delaware Boots on the Ground. She also serves on the Board of SOAR (Survivors of Abuse in Recovery). For relaxation, Maureen enjoys yoga, gardening, and entertaining her large extended family.
Kevin R. Haggerty
Executive VP, Administration, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Kevin ensures HBCS continues to hold its solid financial position and maintains the integrity of financial controls and operations. He is active in building the company’s corporate strategy, and a key figure behind HBCS’ transformation from a non-profit cooperative to a for-profit entity.
Joining the HBCS team in 1996, Kevin previously worked in the financial advisory services practice for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG). Kevin has extensive experience providing financial and analytical services in litigation, disputes, mergers, acquisitions, and other challenging situations — and has delivered expert testimony in Federal Court regarding financial damages.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drexel University, along with an MBA from Temple University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Kevin is an avid rower, and he is active in his church as a member of the Pastoral Council, Eucharistic Minister, and former Scoutmaster.
Brian J. Wasilewski
President & Chief Executive Officer
Brian’s leadership and strategic focus drives continued operational excellence and value creation for HBCS and its clients. He joined HBCS in 2003 and serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors. In this role, Brian spearheads the delivery of client services, along with the development and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives.
Previously, Brian served as Vice President of Operations at HBCS. Prior to joining HBCS, Brian gained a broad range of experience in healthcare financial operations, holding senior leadership positions in revenue cycle consulting at Navigant and Arthur Andersen LLP.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton. He is a Certified Public Accountant, as well as an active member of HFMA and the Healthcare Executives Network. Brian is active in his church as Director of Music Ministry, as well as serving as a member of the Finance Council. He enjoys the beach and traveling.

HBCS is actively involved in the revenue cycle management industry as members of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), regional HFMA chapters, American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM), and the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International). HBCS is an approved testing facility for AAHAM certification.
